This wine has a clean, lively bite, with an aftertaste that is reminiscent of aniseed. A fine expression of Chardonnay. The vines are located between Buxy and Saint Gengoux le National and are generally at the top of the hills. The soils are shallow, sometimes even in the bedrock. The grounds are very stony.
