Peonies rarely bloom their first year, like most long-lived perennials it can take three years for them to bloom prolifically, but it's worth the wait!

When planting peonies, make sure the eyes (the point where new growth emerges) are no more than two inches deep. Peonies need plenty of sun- 6 or more hours a day to bloom. If they are planted in a shady site, they will not flower.

Beautiful coral, semi-double blooms stand out against dark green foliage. Plant in full to partial sun.
