I’ll admit it: I used to have the ugliest nails. They were dry, brittle, short and just downright unattractive. And my dairy-free diet certainly didn’t help (although it was great for controlling my acne). But since I wasn’t getting enough calcium, it was impossible for me to grow long healthy nails.
