These cookies are made from scratch with premium ingredients and hand decorated with delicious royal icing. Each cookie is baked and hand decorated after you place your order, so slight variations in color and style are normal and should be expected. Cookies are packaged in sealed cellophane bags, (some cookies are packaged more than one to a bag depending on style of cookie and size of order.) They are then nestled in layers of bubble wrap. While we are very careful with our packaging, cookies do break from time to time. They will still be delicious and no refunds will be given for broken cookies as we have no control over how the postal service handles the boxes. All shipments are marked “Fragile.” Cookies are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and shipped to arrive 1-2 days before your event. If cookies arrived couple days before your event place them in airtight container and they will be good for your event date. We don’t recommend to freeze them. We are not responsible for loss, damage or delay by the postal service and no refunds will be given for any of these reasons. *****PLEASE NOTE: Cookies are produced in a facility containing known food allergens, including: wheat, eggs, milk, soy, fruit and nuts.
