Shredded belt? - MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs - Comanche Club

Hey guys I need help to fix my belt issue. My comanche has shredded 2 belts and I want to come ask before I go buy another belt and it gets shredded again. I was looking at my pulleys and it looks like my alternator is not aligned. Is this the cause of the problem? If so how can I fix it
