Deeply pigmented and formulated without water, using certified organic oils and natural waxes with delicate flower extracts, these water-resistant brow pomades are long-lasting, providing a light gel finish with remarkable adherence for natural-looking brows. Detected 17 ppm organic fluorine. - present lot for dark brown , we have not yet tested the others.  We as yet have not been able to ascertain where this organic fluorine is coming from but we are working on it. What we are being told  is however is that 17 ppm is considered low and in fact  anything under 50 ppm is random and can be introduced into the product at any time during the manufacturing or shipping process ie someone could have used a different cleaner on the machinery that day. .  Disclaimer: None of the tests worldwide for organic fluorine are accredited by government authorities, as this field is relatively new and subject to frequent updates and changes in information.
