Another poor Petticoated boy who doesn’t know how to handle the short skirt he has been made to wear. His Mother warned him to be careful and make sure his frilly panties don’t show. That didn’t last long, the moment he went outside his Mother asked him to pick up her purse she “dropped” on the ground: “Young man, what did I tell you about flashing your knickers!?”, she scolded him. He begged her to wear a longer skirt or even pants like his sister and mother were wearing.
