This example is from the left arm of an adult and shows a healed unreduced fracture. It was excavated in Tell Fara, Egypt and is thought to originate from the Roman period, 100 BC-200 AD. The foot bones are from a human left foot and show the effects of osteoarthritis. These bones were also excavated in Egypt and are thought to be predynastic, 4000-2001 BC.
