This makes it a perfect pairing with PRIME Solo Squat Wedges. The self-adjusting back plate offers greater load dispersion and decreases pressure on the upper spine. Cambered to the middle of the body, this squat bar creates a more upright torso position, increased ROM, and increased stability.
