It has great patina being solid brass and weathered. It could be polished, but we believe the value is in its current state.
The bugle is about 12 inches long and the bell is four inches in diameter. Part of its chain is there (used to hold the mouthpiece), but you can imagine it didn’t last long. There is a dent, please note in photos), which is part of its charm and story. This is a fantastic staging piece, or could be used in a movie, TV show or play.
