This is your starting position.Step 3: Wrap the rope around the wrist roller by alternating each wrist and rotating it in an upward motion.Step 4: After the weight has reached the top position, reverse the motion to lower the weight by rotating your wrists downward in an alternating fashion.Step 5: Repeat for a complete set.
