On Jan. 9, Dr. Scott Langford, Director of Schools, presented to the Sumner County School Board the results of a compensation review which studied pay scales for Sumner County school staff. In a social media post following the presentation, Langford states, “We want the best for our students each day, and we firmly believe that we have the very best teachers and staff in Tennessee.”
