WESTBROOK (WGME) -- The second Market Basket in Maine is now open and it comes with more than 300 new jobs. The location at Rock Row in Westbrook opened Friday morning. There is already a Market Basket in Biddeford. The store was supposed to open in June, but that was put on hold because of the pandemic.
